We rented a bouncer from Jump For Fun for my son's birthday party, and encountered 3 problems with them:

1) We needed it to be ready by 10 AM, and the only time window available which promised that was from 7 AM to 9:30.  So after waking up at 7 AM to be ready in case they came early, they didn't show until 9:50.  I called them at 9 AM to ask about the status, and was told they wouldn't even talk to the driver until after 9:30 AM. 

2) The bouncer was not fastened down.  The man who delivered the bouncer showed up, inflated it, collected his money, and left, all in the span of 5 minutes.  After he was gone we realized that the bouncer hadn't been tied down, which is a safety hazard.

3)  The driver told us he would return between 5:30 and 6 PM to retrieve the bouncer.  Presumably he did, but we're not sure because he didn't ring the doorbell or otherwise let us know he was removing it.  He apparently just went into the back yard and took it away while we were inside the house, after dark.  We discovered it was gone at about 6:30.  This wouldn't have been a big problem, except that my son had left his birthday present (a new ball), along with a couple of other toys, in the bouncer.  When we realized it was gone, I called the 800 number, and got no help at all.  First they told me that the bouncer would be cleaned the following morning at the warehouse, and I should call back the next afternoon.  I asked if they could call me to let me know what they found, and the answer was no.  I called the next day, and was told they didn't find anything, but perhaps the driver would know, and I should call back in another day.  The next day, after explaining the problem for the 3rd time, I was told that someone would check with the driver, and call me back.  No one ever called back. We never retrieved the missing toys, never received an apology, and never had any contact with Jump For Fun other than when I called them.

I am left with the conclusion that Jump For Fun doesn't care at all about customer service, or providing a fun, safe experience for the kids.  It's all about high sales volume and low labor costs.
