I asked Alfonso if everything was in working condition, and was told everything was immaculate. So then I drive an hour after spending hours negotiating an offer to find out that the car is far from immaculate. There are scratches, weird foam pieces underneath, and the biggest problem is that there isn't a radio in there at all. That's not a good way to run a business. On top of this the owner contacts me the next day to say he will give me a better deal, but then insults me when I complain about Alfonso:

"I am sometimes amazed by the level of stupidity display by the public. Operative word is used, perhaps you should spend an extra 40k and you will find what you like. How much do u think we can sale a car for to make a profit, Alfonso was rather reasonable, it is you who seems to be rather out of touch, try buying another corolla instead it suites you better. "
