just brakes left car in thier care custody and control, they damaged it, they denied damage, Internet

i took my car into just brakes to get brakes, they kept it overnight, and when i came to pick it up there was a large dent in the door with white paint scraped along the side.my car was free of any dents ect. when i brought it into the shop. i showed the tech  who worked on my car, and he declared,"that was there when you bought it in".i said no it wasn't ,but he wouldn't back down.

i contacted the head office, they had thier insurance adjuster call me, and after "investagating"they still lied and said my car was damaged when i brought it in.i then had to file a claim ith my insurance company, and the damage cost $1,500.i had to pay my deductable, go through 3 days of no car, and on top of that my brake job was a woppin'$665.00.these folks are not honest. if you take your car there, you better have a good dated photo of what it looked like when you left it in thier care, custody and control.
