I placed a $300 order with this shady outfit. And after 2- 30 minute calls i placed waiting on "hold" with a LOOPED CS message that they are busy, no one answers the phone. I have sent emails and no response. But these morons sure can post on their FACEBOOK ACCOUNT!http://www.facebook.com/justsuspension. I have a 5 day waiting period from my Banking Institution to have these FRAUDS addressed and my hard earned money back into my bank account. I know the economy is crappy, but BUY LOCAL and spend the few dollars more. A LOT better than having to deal with this BS run around!  Very happy I am headed to CHARLOTTE shortly. I will pay these idiots a PERSONAL visit.

Simply untrue sir.  We operate out of our warehouse which is clearly visible in google, not a residence.  Regardless, we appreciate your order and are reconfirming that you were refunded in full.  Sounds like the credit union has not yet posted the funds to your account yet, which is actually quite common with most card companies.  If there are any other matters, please call us and we will promptly help you.

hey renee, since you follow this so closely. IT DOES NOT TAKE 23+ DAYS TO REFUND MONEY. A REPUTABLE BUSINESS HAS ITEMS CREDITED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF RETURNED ITEM(S). Your HOME BASED business is a freaking SHAM!!! ANYONE READING THIS GOOGLE EARTH THIS BUSINESS: 4723 MOUNTAIN CREEK AVE DENVER, NORTH CAROLINA 28037. You will see this lone house surrounded by trailers. not a brick and mortar store. I WILL VISIT you renee...and your shady outfit! These idiots after filing this initial complaint magically CALL me to let me know my items were shipping next day. I told them to cancel their shipment and refund my money. THEY REFUSED! The idiots shipped the order I had to PAY to RESHIP the stuff back to them. They received the items JUNE 11th, 2012. AND YET TO THIS DAY JULY 2ND, MY MONEY HASN'T BEEN REFUNDED!!!! My credit Union WILL handle this from here. FRAUD!!!! FRAUD !!!! FRAUD!!!!!

We appreciate it Mr. Simmons!  Were able to find your order by Facebook, and look into everything for you.  We do see that your order shipped on time and is scheduled for delivery to your Virginia Beach address tomorrow.  We were curious about you mentioning long wait times, and do apologize that you waited 12 minutes last Friday, and 13 minutes when you called us on Tuesday.  We also replied to your email on Tuesday and sent you your tracking number emails as well.  Regardless, it sounds like none of those methods reached you and we were glad that our customer service staff was able to reach you by phone last night and discuss it all.

If you have any questions, please call and stay on the line, we will help you in the order your call is received and spend as long assisting you as you prefer.  You can also email us your phone number and we will call you back.  As mentioned, if you decide you no longer want the parts you can return them within 30 days of delivery.  Do call us for a return authorization number and proper return address so it can be processed properly for you.

Another 30 minute looped CS call this morning. NO ANSWER and NO ANSWER to emails...I will let the BANK handle this. And make sure you have a BRICK AND MORTAR store not a HOUSE. GOOGLE EARTH tells ALL!!!!!SCAM SCAM SCAM!
