This outfit sells "advice from experts" on dozens of subjects. The "expert" who conned us was supposed to be an appliance repair specialist.
This company displays a BBB (Better Business Bureau) logo, but by now most of us know that can be bought, rather than earned.
The advice we paid for was absolutely wrong causing us to buy an expensive, useless part that cannot be returned.
Their "contact us" links do not work. There is no customer service. I think this a classic internet scam and fraud.
They get your credit card number and you have no recourse.
