I have been working for justanswer/pearl for several years and recently there have been changes. No longer are they putting the professionals first, but rather, they're allowing bad answers, customer refunds are rampant and a few weeks ago, they started kicking workers out of categories for no real reason. I used to love working for the website, but since they've instituted all these changes, it feels like the people who count on them for a paycheck are getting ripped off. Not only do they keep 25% of all the money we make, if the customer doesn't rate our work, we don't get any of the money that is depositied. The website keeps it all and pretty much says 'too bad' to the people who make the site what it is. They're losing lots of high qulaity, dedicated workers and are basically keeping the ones who give short answers but don't make trouble. I know that myself and several others have found employment on other pay-for-answer websites. Sites like answergem or liveworker pay better and seem to care about the people making them money more than peral.com/justanswer.com.
