justdeals.com they insist return be made in 30 days, however after 15 phone calls and emails, no response for an RMA to return the merchandise. Ridiculous customer service dont know internet

Justdeals.com  is a ripoff in ordering merchandise.  they charge your credit card as soon as you order it, the order comes maybe 6 weeks later. they state only returns made within 30 days will be accepted after you secure a RMA (return merchandise authorization) from them. I have called them 11 times and emailed them 8 times trying to secure this RMA. As of today, 3 weeks after receiving it, I have yet to get a response from them other than the automatic response, 3 weeks ago, saying someone from the company will be contacting me shortly.  that never happened.
