Our investigative team has been running several articles on K2 incense with its ever growing popularity. K2 incense seems to be found everywhere from almost any convenience store to any specialty shop to many on line web sites. Our investigative team found that even so K2 incense is found everywhere; it is not of equal quality, which brought up the question of what is real K2 incense, and what is not. Naturally we turned to the Internet for answers on this. We found several web sites that claimed ownership of the name and product "K2 incense". One stood out, K2verified .org. This web site has all the information one could possibly look for on K2 incense, including on how to spot "real k2" from "fake k2". We contacted K2 verified in order to get clarity on the matter, but something was strange, so we decided to further investigate K2 verified .
K2 verified is DOMAIN is owned by Heavenly Incense, LTD a Hong Kong Limited Liability Company which also owns k2incense .org and k2wholesale .com which started to make a little more sense, this is how we originally found k2 verified. This company hired SEOKING .com to run their advertisement campaign and to dream up the whole K2 Verified idea. SeoKing .com proudly displays this on their web site. We decided to further investigate this and find how many people really bought into this idea of "Real K2". After talking to several of the on line web sites and several dozen big stores through out the states we found even so most of the stores say this is not an issue, a few had told us this can be a pain sometimes as they have to explain to customers that K2 Verified is just another scam artist out there trying to trick them into buying a counterfeit K2, by claiming that all the other K2 incense is fake. However one online store did enlighten us a little, it seems that K2incense .org used to sell the real K2 from Kansas up to middle of 2009 when the manufacturers decided they did not want to deal with this shady company and cut them off. K2incense .org then went on a campaign on how k2 summit, blonde, standard and etc. were discontinued and were no longer manufactured, and the new K2 is K2 Ultra. After several months of running this campaign with little success, K2 incense.org came up with this new campaign : K2 Verified, oh and yes, K2 Summit and Blonde are miraculously back.
So how many verified stores are there out there you ask? It seems that a total of 20 stores can be verified, only three are physical stores and 17 are websites that are owned by K2incense .org or it's parent company. The general everyday stores did not buy in to this SCAM, and that makes sense, as stores are probably approached by similar scam artists on a regular basis. Researching blogs and forums the results are not as positive for the average consumer. Many consumers have been scammed by this company and many have bought into the idea that K2 Verified is our new super hero fighting the notorious "fake K2".
Our team has tried the K2 Ultra, and was not particularly happy with this product, and felt that it was over priced, K2 Summit from this site was even worse. Through out this investigation our team bought from many companies out there to get some clarity on this matter and found that the best version of the K2 incense which is found in many of the specialty shops and websites.
Our investigative team contacted K2 incense .org a second time with an attempt to get clarity on our findings, K2incense .org did not want to further comment.
There are so many website and local retailers offering the K2 product. Our recommendation, buy from a local U.S based company that knows the needs of the local U.S market.

Sorry, but I can no more remove your picture than you can. Only Ripoff Report can do that but it is their policy to never remove reports. By now, I am sure you have heard that Alex was arrested on May 18, 2012 by ICE. He is facing a lot of charges and a very long time in prison. I think you should post here again and explain what type of orders you saw him ship on time and when. If he was shipping salvia when it was legal, you should make that known. Even if it was K2 before it became illegal, ditto. The reason I say this is by making that statement, you may have set yourself up to be a material witness at best and you certainly do not want anyone to get the idea that you were a co-conspirator with Alex.
As far as posting personal information, that is not true. Anything posted here was public record. I do not see how it negatively impacts you in any way and I'm glad that he did not physically hurt you. I do think you may be in denial because he must have scared you enough to file a restraining order. If you think that making threats which caused you to take such action do not make you a victim in any way, please rethink that position for the sake of your clients if you are counseling anyone. He certainly has threatened others in the past including me which most definitely did make me feel victimized. I went as far as to legally purchase a weapon in case he ever decided to try and find me and make good on his threats.
Best of luck to you. Have a great life.

Hi Kendy, Please Take My Picture Down
AUTHOR: Kari - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, January 18, 2012
Aloha Kendy,
This is Kari. Could you please take my picture down? I do not want to be associated with this ripoff report, as it has nothing at all to do with me. Alex never beat me up or harmed me in any way. I filed a restraining order for other reasons, due to some verbal threats and to protect some of my personal property. That is it. Nothing ill ever came out of this situation for me, and now that was 4 years ago and is no longer relevant to my life. However, according to Google, it is. And that is because you have used my first and last name, the location where I live, the case number for the restraining order, and then my photo. I feel like my privacy is being infringed upon to prove your point, and I do not like it. I am not a victim of anyone, least of all Alex Dimov. As you well know, he can talk a good game sometimes, but he is really harmless. I am not trying to protect his reputation or advocate for him in anyway. I can say, truthfully, that during the time we lived together, he was filling orders and mailing them out on time. I had no reason to believe that he was scamming anyone. But I am really not interested in this situation, other than how it pertains to me. It involves me because you have used my personal information and my photo and now this content is available when anyone decides to Google me.
This is not an accurate representation of my life or my person. I have not been abused. I have a Master's degree in counseling, and have worked with many victims of abuse. I would allow myself to be in a relationship with anyone who was capable of such things. I do not need you or anyone else advocating on my behalf, as if I am some victimized woman. I am not.
I have contacted ripoff report about removing this content and they have refused. So I have no choice but to file my own rebuttals.
*To anyone doing a Google search on me*
Use your intuition and your best judgement. With the advent of the internet and search engines, such as Google, anyone's personal information is subject to be exploited. This situation was an isolated event in my life, which occurred 4 years ago and is no longer relevant. If you have any questions, please ask me personally. In the end, you will draw your own conclusions, but at least I have taken empowering actions by speaking my truth in these rebuttals. I am not afraid to live transparently, as I have nothing to hide. I would just like for the information that is meant to portray me to at least be accurate, and this report is definitely skewed in this regard.
Thank You, -Kari W.

Alexandre Dimov: Delusional Nutjob
AUTHOR: Kendy - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, July 25, 2010
I wouldn't worry too much about this con man and his lies. He's not going to be suing anybody. Check any of his posts from other rebuttals. They all go like this: "I'm going to sue you and make you pay". What a broken record. Last year he promised to sue me and make me pay "with interest". Still waiting Mr. Drama Queen. A lot of hot air and blowing smoke is what you are about and nothing else.
First of all, what are you going to sue anyone for? Selling K2? We've already established that your dubious trademark was fraudulently obtained by stating that KTW Enterprises, which was not incorporated until 2/2/2010, first used the K2 incense name on 3/27/2009. You have no case.
You have also done yourself a huge disservice by making public claims that you are the only one authorized to distribute K2. The DEA is actively investigating the manufacture and distribution of K2 and you have just set yourself up to be the patsy to take the fall for all of it, including the illnesses/death that have resulted from the usage of K2. No one is buying that BS "counterfeit" story of yours so don't think that will save your sorry butt. You also have stated that only you know the identity of the "secret K2 manufacturer" thereby making yourself an even higher priority target. Good job.
Here is a little background on Alex and his history with K2. Last year while operating his scam site, salviasociety.org, he started selling K2 for Bouncing Bear Botanicals. Jon Sloan parted ways with Alex when his psychotic behavior became too much for Jon to deal with. According to Jon, Alex would send him several e-mails in 5 minutes ranging from, "I'm happy to be selling for you" to "go burn in hell" then "hey I've got this great idea". Kind of like a manic depressive on speed. When Jon cut him loose, Alex went nuts and decided he would try to destroy Jon and his business. He then began setting up his own K2 sites and, finally, his scam K2 "verified" network.
As you can plainly see from nutso statements like, "The latest K2 counterfeiters come from Pakistan... Considering
counterfeiting has always been associated with funding of terrorism,
wouldn't be surprised if the Pakistanis are funneling the proceeds to a
terrorist organization. Now we can get even the CIA involved in this.", Alex's psychosis has soared to new heights. Seriously, Alex, the CIA has better things to do than listen to a whack job with an idiotic conspiracy theory.
So my advice to any K2 merchants reading this is to take this sad little man with a grain of salt - if not the whole shaker. When David Dunkin Donuts or whatever he wants to call himself says he is going to sue you, just do what I do: have a nice long laugh over it then just keep doing what you're doing. No worries.
P.S. Since you like posting pictures so much Alex, I'm posting pictures of you and Kari Werth, your ex-girlfriend you beat up and who filed a restraining order against you. More proof of your insanity - there are a lot better things to do with a girl that looks like that than beating her up. d****ebag.

Legal Action against BigBroBotanicals and the rest
AUTHOR: David Duncan - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, July 22, 2010
The only reply to this or any other post made by the scammers at BigBroBotanicals, FastAroma or any other criminal involved in counterfeiting our product will be details of the judgement against them. It's good that they are clueless enough about what they are really involved in, to the point of posting their libel out in the open, not even hiding who they are. I guess that's what happens when you believe third parties without checking the facts first.

I must say that nobody associated with BigBroBotanicals.net has commented on this joke of a scammer, however we freely direct consumers to these links to point out your scams.
We have nothing but satisfied customers at our site...the same cannot be said for you. WE will offer a free sample bag with proof of purchase at any site claiming "Verified K2". Just contact us through our site.
There is no TM on K2...so not sure where any damages would come from. We can attest to the fact that the original/authentic K2 Brand debuted by Bouncing Bear Botanicals at CHAMPS in Las Vegas in August of 2008...and will be returning August of 2010!!! The Original may have moved out of Kansas...but is alive and well!
Any claim "Verified K2" has towards a registered TM was made fraudulently and will assuredly be contested in a few months.
Thanks,

One solid piece of advice this scammer does offer...be careful who you buy from...K2 "Sex"...seriously?!?!?!

Alexandre Dimov is not fooling anyone
AUTHOR: Kendy - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, July 18, 2010
Your "testimonials" are bullsh* made up and posted by you. If you posted what people actually wrote it would go more like this:
"Hey, where's my order?!? I sent you money a month ago and still have not received anything" - Sarah
"Why won't you answer my emails? The crap you sent me made me puke and have seizures" - Kari
"I'll see you in court" - Jon Sloan
The last one is a distinct possibility as he is aware you are libeling him and his family.
You are a fine one to talk about posting anonymously and under false identities, Alex.
You do it all the time since you are nothing but a coward and a liar. Anyway, Jon has not only let his attorney know about your posts on this site in which you libel him but he has also given your rambling, psychotic emails to his attorney as well.
You are so stupid that you are still throwing stones when you should be ducking the sh* that's about to fly in your direction. A lot of people are looking for you. Sooner or later you will be found and have to answer for everything you've done. Maybe you should concentrate more on shutting the hell up and running away like the coward you are.

I have had people rip off one of my products in the past and I know how it feels, and as a consumer, I hate that these people are selling this trash! I do not know what is in this fake K2 and really it disturbs me because my friends all buy it and they didn't even know it was fake! Good luck on the lawsuits! And I hope you can come up with a package with some kind of watermark or something right on the package that helps us consumers know that the product we are buying is the real thing.
I will gladly help/support and report all of the stores that I come across that are selling this fake crap! I almost bought that fake K2 last night from that shell! wow!
I will be emailing again soon with another address, I want to hunt these bastards down now!
Thanks, John E."

"It's unbelievable how many fake K2 products are out there. I bought this crap called K2 Bluelast week and it REEKED of chemicals. I wasn't even planning on ever buying K2 again but thanks to my friend who told me there is no such a thing as K2 Blue and I should try a real K2 product, I tried the K2 Ultra and the K2 Blonde and both were very pleasant to say the least, though my favorite is the Ultra. Anyways you got a customer for life!"

"I have ordered from Texas, New Jersey, and most recently form [K2verified website]. I feel like I am dealing with shadows. I am not sure who I am even corresponding with now.
The NJ product was a joke! The K2 Summit t I got from the TX one was good and it was expedited quickly. The one I got from you was EXCELLENT!
It required seven days to expedite.
I was starting to think that I had been Punked!
I admire the packaging and appreciate the low cost. It was the K2 Ultra. To the power of two?
I'm ordering only from you now."

"I have (since late May) tried a few other K2 online sources, and I am here to tell you they all suck more than a gay male porn star. (Equally disgusting at that!)
I'll gladly give all my future K2 business to you, and ONLY you!
Feel free to post that if you wish. Others should know that even though there are sites with the same images and logos I see on yours, they are nothing more than cheap imitations at best.
You should have a mailing list for people waiting for sold-out items!

SUBMITTED: Thursday, July 15, 2010
I wish K2 Verified would tell us who is really is?? Ryan Roberts, Alex Dimov, Bo x?X?x?
His scam is not working so he is resorting to threats and posting inaccurate information on his website! Even creating his own news??? Has anyone tried to actually look for some of his stories!? posted on his site?
I would be willing to bet that SEOKING is doing all of this work for him. They are the ones who are running this project for him. Funny that after this post, they removed this project from their list. But lucky us, we have a screenshot!! See attached.
Thanks K2 Verified & SeoKing for bringing us more customers! we love you.

Alexandre Dimov's scams continue to be exposed
AUTHOR: Kendy - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, July 14, 2010
I have posted a ton of information on this con man in a number of posts. Just search this site for "K2, Allegrand and Alle Grand" and read my posts to learn everything you ever wanted to know about this piece of crap.
Although I have posted several business addresses of his scam companies, the only physical address I had for him that wasn't some B.S. post office box with mail forwarding had been vacated by him last July when he lost his house.
Finally, I found a new address on Dimov. I have not yet had a chance to properly vet this information as I just found it, but here it is:
Alexandre Dimov
3324 Othello Dr.
Winchester, NV 89121
seven zero two three eight three eight six three nine
If this is an accurate address, those who have legal papers to serve Alex may find this task is now easier. Those who just need to have a little face to face chat may now be able to do so. Good luck and don't let up on this creep at all. He deserves everything he gets and more.
