Kaiku Prepaid Utterly devoid of common sense and lacking the foresight to follow up properly Internet

I strongly advise against use of this card company. I files disputes by email disputing double charges by 2 companies not fraudulent, because I've had transactions with both companies. They just charged me double. Card was shut down, routing number disabled, no replacement card was issued. This was two weeks ago. Had to call this morning when I knew I was supposed to receive a deposit, to find out my routing number was deactivated. I have filed disputes before and they didn't shut down access to my routing number and I kept the same card. My main issue is the fact that a card wasn't automatically issued 2 weeks ago when they decided, without consulting me, to s**t down card and routing number. My deposit was rejected, I have called their 9-5 customer service team 40 times since 9 am and been sent straight to voicemail, I am effectively frozen out of my accounts at a time when I have to pay my monthly bills because there was no communication on Kaiku's end. Who shuts off the ROUTING number of a bank account over a double payment? Who DOESN'T AUTOMATICALLY send a replacement card for the card they just blocked? Why do I have to find this out TWO WEEKS later?

So now I have to wait for them to send the money back to the VA and for the VA to reissue payment which is going to take forever.
