Kaplan University online Taking student loans after withdrawing from school Internet, Florida

 I had to withdraw from Kaplan March 28, 2007 they insist I didn't leave school until July, 2009, and kept recieving my student loans until I owe over $14,000. I have proff I withdrew March 28, 2007 but my student loans were being sent to Kaplan online until July, 2009. I have called the leander, Insector General, and they all keep talling me to call the school who ripped me and the leander off, to tell them to give the money back. That's rediclous the school who kept recieving my loans is really going to admit they did anything wrong, or give the money back? I am at my wits end getting the runaround about how to resolve this issue, I think my next step is to hire an attorney to make sure Kaplan University online gives my money back and never does this to another student.
