Karma Automotive LLC Joost DeVries Scam Vehicle Service, does not work, poor performenace, hazard lights Costa Mesa CA

My defective Karma was traded in Feb 2016 after the laundry list of problems.  I attempted to contact customerservice@fiskerautomotive.com many, many times.  After the paint issues, soft spline issue and humming noises I was forced to trade in the vehicle at huge loss.  The owners meetings were all BS and I got stuck with a ticking time bomb. 

Please take notice that Karma Automotive (“Plaintiff”) has initiated an action in the District Court of the Central District of California, located in Los Angeles, California, cause number 8:16-cv-00530-TJH-MRW (“the Action”), due to allegedly false statements made by the purported author of the original report, impersonating, Joost DeVries. In the Action, Plaintiff seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC for your identifying contact information to be sent to Vedder Price (CA) LLP at: 1925 Century Park East, Suite 1900, Los Angeles, CA 90067.  Plaintiff has served a subpoena on Xcentric Ventures, LLC, the company that owns and operates this website, to reveal your identities.  You may have a right to file and serve a response to the subpoena anonymously. You are hereby notified that Karma Automotive ("Karma") has initiated a legal proceeding in an effort to ascertain the identity of the author of this post and has issued a subpoena to ripoffreport.com for the same information.  The case is entitled Karma v. PowerSource, case number 8:16-cv-00530-TJH-MRW, currently pending in the United States District Court in the Central District of California, located at 312 North Spring Street Los Angeles, CA 90012-4701.

Vehicle was sold with a wrap to hide the paint defects and Joost DeVries and Jim Taylor hid the mechanical issues that subsequently occurred.  Had a couper failure that  I am now on the hook for after 3 weeks of ownership for 4k.  Battery issue for 22k  RDM issue for another 17k.  Jim Taylor a former GM executive is a scammer.  Joost DeVries has told me the vehicle was tested by Costa Mesa Headquarters but they have send all the problems to my pocketbook. Dont trust tehse guys at Fisker or Karma Automotive LLC
