 hi folks iam from newfoundland canada and what a treat it was to deal with an american based website a bad taste in my mouth . i purchased a set of hid lights for my car waited for over two weeks for them to come when they came one set was broken bulb and all contacted the customer service spoke to a very ignorant person who stated he was the manager and i could not speak to anyone else advise i had to spend back lights at my own expense was not told this brought an extra warranty these bulbs cost me $ 97.00 in total i could have had free shipping if i had brought it in canada . i was so dissatisfied with this company i was advised to send back which i did one broken bulb at a cost of 8 dollars but that wasnt what really upset me the fact that they would not send any item back until as the manager quoted had a look over and decide to replace . this would be done over a month time by the time they received my return and if they return me a new bulb would be over a month i had to take the one bulb installed back out of the car due to the lighting being really bad i contacted the so called manager again and he hung up on me this time .WOW!!!! How is this company still in business , they need to be kicked off the www. i contacted bbb and was told there were 87 unaddressed complaints with this company someone needs to shut this down if it is only two guys running this as one of the other complainers is saying on this site . they are not a legitimate business and are really frauting the public . Please please no one buy anything from these guys as we call them in canada con artist . From your neighbors in the east ... a foolish canadian trusting a rip off company i normally buy from ebay , now i know why they are not registrar with ebay they wont like the feedback and wont get suckers like me .. thank you folks and i love america i actually have american family
