It took three weeks of daily calls to get that answer and they said they would not fix .So the one year warranty was good for about an hour thats how long it took to hook up the trailer and drive off there lot the day i bought it.I can say without a doubt i will never buy another kaufman product again.

Their warranty on new trailers is only 1 year the last time I checked and there are numerous reports on this website (among others).
I would recommend anyone looking for a new trailer to really research the manufacturer and choose the one with the best support package.
