So while shopping one day my fiance and I are at the Kay Jewelers in the mall, and after looking around for awhile he buys me a bracelet I was looking at. Easy enough, WRONG, no more than a few days after getting it I was at work when suddenly it just slipped off when I was bumped into. I thought maybe the clasp broke, but when I look at it, it was a link that snapped.
So of course I take it back, they look at my lifetime warranty I purchased along with it, and took my faulty bracelet away. Ok again easy enough huh, so they walk back over and say how would you like a new one, and hand me one they took out of the case. Ok sounds like a deal, WRONG, once again same thing happens, go back and once again get another out of the case. Then after the 4th time, I go in and now I am getting pissy, things should not break that easily. So this time the lady says she will send it off and have the links reinforced.. sounds like a good plan to me. So I go, after a month of no phone calls telling me it was back in the store I called myself; their reply, we called once and no one answered, really?? So now days we don't believe in multiple calls until customer is reached and or a message left?? Anyhow it is in, that's a good thing. I go to pick it up, I wear it out, and within the hour of getting it back it breaks again!!! YOU have got to be freaking kidding me. Finally this was it for me, done with it, don't want it anymore. Last thing I need is to have it happened and get lost in a public place and never found again.
So I go back now this is 5 TIMES back to the SAME store. I find out that the other three times I came in and was given a replacement out of the case, that they NEVER PUT IT INTO THE SYSTEM. So now I have passed the 60 day replacement option, because NO ONE REPORTED IT. Now I have a broken bracelet that I am being told to send off again to fix, WTF!! Here I was thinking I would just replace it in exchange for something different, but now you tell me you never put it into the system that is was replaced 3 TIMES, so I have to stick with the piece of crap I have. POOR POLICIES!! I have had a engagement ring for over 7 years that was replaced and given even a store credit from another jeweler. What is wrong with companies these days?? Obviously KAY knows they have crappy quality, and their crap is a joke, or they would have a better return policy, and much better customer satisfaction guidelines. End of story, I now have a worthless diamond bracelet that has proven to be faulty not ONCE, but 5 TIMES and Kay refuses to except that they made a mistake screwing me and leaving me unable to exchange my item. I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP THEIR AGAIN!! EVER, even after complaining to their customer relations service. WHAT A CROCK OF CRAP!


And seeing there is 50 some other post about this place, you know you suck KAY's!!!
