I was dissatisfied with the service I received. I walk into the store with my workout clothes on and needed to return some charms as instructed by Kays customer to do in order to keep my account in good stating. I walk in at 4pm and didn't leave that store until after 5pm and this after I contact customer service because the manager refuse to give me the receipt for the return after he made and error in what I returned. I return 8 charms and he had on the receipt 7 which I told him I was not going to sign because he was given 8 charms. His reply to me was it's not going to matter because your credit is going to be messed up anyways. And this is after he (the manager) made me sit in the store and wait 45 minutes before even letting me know it was a problem helping me because I guess he was missing out on sales. No one was even in the store during the whole time I was there. Me and the manager then went back and forward because I wouldn't signed the paper with the incorrect return of charms. That made him mad. So he goes get the charm which he had not even counted and place them on the counter and guess what it was 8 and not 7. Not even I'm sorry for anything esp the comment that my credit will be ruin and the 45 minute wait until you finally come over to complete this return. He gives me one back to correct the count and then I sign it but he then refused to give me a copy and walks away because he figure he had sent enough of his time helping someone who wasn't spending money in his store. But I have an open credit card with Kays as well as my husband that totals about $10k. But he wouldn't have known that because I was in some workout clothes and black. I contact customer service to complain and she said she would contact the store regarding the complaint. I just feel like if your not dress a certain way, not spending money in their store they treat you like garbage. Do not shop at there stores. They don't like middle class working people.
