My husband purchade a new wedding ring set from Kay Jewelers Texas NE Makl location, first they did not get the ring set correct upon purchase it had to be sent back 3 times, I did call and and speak wuth the manager who.is a man he was rude not customer care oriented we paid a few thousand dollars for this. Emailed corporate they gave me a 50.00 credit for it taking over a month in a half to get my ring at the beginning. I had to turn the ring in in November for there required six month cleaning and check up, they left the prongs on the  ring set that holds several of  the diamonds up they tore my skin an blouse the manger on this occasion also did not care and  was rude and could care less, I got the ring back from the repair and the 1/2 carat diamond one of the prongs is dislocated and the main diamond is crooked and I am fed up with going to this store and being treated like im trash. I emailed. Kay jelers corporate said they shoyld take the ring back and refund the money they refused, I have a several thousand dollar custom rung sitting in the drawer becauae I am tired of going back an forth an being treated very badly.
