These people take your money, give you a malfuntioning software, and then dont reply to support, then give you overly technical talk to prove you are wrong!! Very bad way of speech!! Dont use them unless you are throwing your money to beginner programers :(

We are not aware of any malfunctioning part of the software we sell. Thousands of customers use Kayako software without any problem.
If Deric is unable to use Kayako software in his environment, he should contact us our technical support team. We will be more than happy to assist him.
