I expected this review, as this lady plainly said she would attempt to ruin my business reputation. Working with her was a complete nightmare! I am excellent with communication and treated this client with the utmost respect. Unfortunately, I did not get that in return. I took a few days from work to travel and sent an announcement email to all of my clients. The email stated that I would be out of the country for a few days and will return all calls and emails at the specified date. When I returned and checked my emails and calls, I noticed that this client was frantic claiming my business as a scam due to non-communication. I was totally confused! I immediately contacted her and resolved her issue by reitterating the annoucement email that was sent. Long story short, she wanted to cancel services and asked for a refund after I had already completed preparation work prior to me traveling. My policy is listed on my website, I do not issue refunds unless the cancellation is for a viable reason, or unless I haven't began working! From then on, things went downhill. She made it extremely difficult for me to complete her event. I pushed through and was even nice enough to add an additional in-person meeting, for FREE, to her package to go over additional details regarding her event! After completing her event sucessfully, she thanked my assistant and complimented our work. Although, I was expecting a review, due to her not being able to cancel the contract, I did not expect her to make false statements! Her event was completed as promised! NO refund or cancellation of contract was granted, upon her request, due to the fact that work had already began!
