We found Kayleesha from wedding websites based on the good reviews. Talked to her over the phone, initially she was very responsive and said all the good things we needed to hear. We paid her all $00 way in advance for the "Day of the Event" wedding coordination for December 2015.

We only heard from her once between June and August of 2015. She is not responding to emails or phone calls. She is supposed to do a walkthrough with us in November 1st week. After reading the recent review, I am not confident that we will get her services or our money back. I will update if I find this to be wrong.

I hope no one falls victim to this lady or her company anymore. Please don't depend on reviews like we did, don't pay in full inadvance to any services you acquire from anyone. If the service company wants full payment before delivering the services, that should raise a red flag!

I have finally gotten a moment to respond to this and 1 other horrific report regarding my event planning company! This client booked with me well in advance of her wedding date to perform coordination services. She was provided with and agreed to company policies and guidelines prior to me accepting her payment for this particular service. Day of Coordination service is a day of wedding service. This client was aware that I would not be communicating with her until 4-6 weeks before the actual wedding date. She and her mother often contacted me prior to the 4-6 week period and I still took time to answer their phone calls and emails (even though I did not have to). An email was sent to me in September that I did not get to answer until a few days later, due to my priority clients, and this client's mother began sending mean and nasty emails regarding "my delay" in response. I will state this again, her service (this includes communication, walk through's, vendor follow ups,etc.) was not supposed to begin until late October! I got an email a few days later regarding this horrific report with my name attached to it. I immediately canceled her contract and refunded her money. I refuse to service a client that will not follow policy/guidelines and does not respect me as a business woman.
