Maida Tamarit runs Kendall Lake East Lakeview Condominium Association on her own - she lies cheats and bullies all owners into doing what she wants - each year she chooses board members that she can manipulate into doing what she wants and needs - She prevents other owners from running for board members as she disappears the candidate applications they provide -this way she can continue to control the association and the associations money - she gets paid $1700 every month illegally as she acts as the CAM Manager and she does NOT have a license -maida does not even have to show up at the property to get paid this money - No one controls her- she runs the association as a dictator -

she has her 86 year old mother on the board as treasurer so she can control the finances even further - Her mom signs all the checks that are put in front of her by Maida - the owners wanted to recall the current board members that are put there by Maida Tamarit  and she went around the community scaring the owners telling them that if they signed to get the board out they would be FINED by the attorney and the state -All owners were scared and they did not want to even talk to the group that is trying to take control of the association - Maida Tamarit is a Scammer that hires contractors who will give her KICKBACKS if they don't then they don't get the job- she makes money on everything from the trash pick up to the Gardner she does not forgive anyone you either pay her or you don't work
