Kenwood Sunoco d**k Spicer Used scare tactics so you authorized unnecessary expensive car repairs, padded bill by thousands Bethesda, Maryland

I brought my car to Kenwood Sunoco in Bethesda and instead of fixing what was wrong, they convinced me through scare tactics that my car was dangerous to continue driving and would not fix what was wrong unless I also authorized more than a couple of thousand dollars of repair work on the brakes, engine, etc, none of which I ever had problems with, and the repair cost was more than the book value of the car. The final rip off is the original problem still exists and when I complained, they claimed it was a different problem, and wanted even more money. Never, ever go to Kenwood Sunoco on River Road in Bethesda and never believe anything d**k Spicer, service manager tells you. They are the quintessential rip off service station, just out to get your money, not fix your car.
