Kettler Capitals Iceplex Unwilling to refund money for services not provided Arlington Virginia

I signed up for a "Power Hockey" ice hockey class.  Based on the description provided on the website where the class was advertised, it seemed that this class was designed for intermediate or advanced skaters and experienced ice hockey players.  However upon arriving at the first class, I noticed that most if not all of the skaters in the class were practically beginners with very little experience and litte skating ability.  Because the class was far below the level I expected, I decided not to take the class.

After contacting the director of finance at the rink to ask for a refund, I was deferred and told my refund would be processed.  The refund was never processed and after asking again about the refund several times, I finaly got a response where they said that they do not provide refunds for classes unless it is for an approved medical problem or if the refund is requested at least 2 weeks before the class starts.  So, basically I was forced to pay for a class that was of no benefit to me and not provided the refund I deserve since no goods or services are being provided to me.
