I originally Ordered the book April 6th where they offered to sign me up for the newsletter. I declined the newsletter but they must have signed me up for it any way because I saw a charge today (May 11, 2009) from Kevin Trudeau's company. I also, never received a newsletter or the document they claimed told me that the newsletter I was "receiving" was non-returnable or non-refundable. Also, immediately after ordering the book, I started receiving an enormous amount of telemarketing calls from other companies. These companies claimed to be awarding some prize because I was a good Master Card Customer. How did they know I was a Master Card customer? Because they had all of my credit card info including number. They offered to sign me up for their offer and charge my card without needing me to tell them my info. I also received a couple charges to my card after declining their offers. These charges I have contested and initiated a chargeback. I will also do this with the newsletter charge. The customer service people are trained to not be helpful and to keep repeating the same information until either you or the customer service person hang up. Both of which have happend. They pretend to transfer you to a supervisor but then say that the supervisor is unavailable.
They have caused me an enormous amount of stress and agravation through telemarketing calls, loss of privacy, and credit card fraud as well as the cash that was fraudulently taken from me. I lament the day I ever agreed to give these people my information and my money!!
