Well first off I purchased a 2000 jeep grand cherokee larado from bellmeade motors and it cam with a 3 month i believe 3000 mile warranty through key warranty, lcc then i paid it was 400 or 500 dollars more to extend the warranty to 12 months or 16,000 miles which neither has come up yet.

Well acouple weeks ago i seen that there was power steering fluid leaking really bad from underneath my jeep so i took it to professional auto body cause i had some other surface rust issues i wanted to get fixed they got it in the shop and found out that it was the power steering gear box and that both left and right drag link ends needed replaced as well.

i called bellmeade motors and asked them if it was coveredunder the warranty i spoke with david frantz and he said that he believed that it was and gave me the number to the key warranty, lcc place and i called there and explained what the issue was and they said it was covered so i had professional auto body go ahead with the repairs and the completed the repairs and i recieved the bill and paid with my cash for it i then continued to call key warranty and stated that the repais where done and the total came out to be $397.50.

And this is when Lacey got pushy and said that i never made a call to make the first claim and that i was stuck with the bill and thats the hole reason i spent the extre money forthe etended warranty so if something major happened to my vehicle i had a safety net she was very unprofessional and lied through her eeth about not recieving an initial call stating that i was having a problem that may have fell under here warranty i feel disrespected ripped off and frustrated
