On July 14 2014 I contracted Keye Lowery to make a wig for me.She quoted me a fee of $30.00 complete. At this time I paid her $30.00 She used her square account attached to her cell phone to take my payment. We discussed the colours and styles and at that time everything was good and the wig was to be made.
On July 21 2014 she met with me and asked me for another payment of $30.00 at this time I gave her $30.00 cash. She completed the wig to the cutting point and I have since to this date of Jan 5 2015 not recieved my wig !
I have tried to notify her on numerous occassions and only recieved promises of a refund.
That was up to the later part of Nov 2014.
She now seems to think it is ok to just ignore my requests completely !
