Keystone RV We have a 2006 Outback RV and it has blistered around the front running lights and when I called the company and left a message they did not get back to me and I have noticed this problem on other Outback RV's on the road. Indiana

 We also have issues with our Keystone camper. We bought a new 2008 Cougar in July of 2007 and in 2009 noticed the front was starting to wrinkle. I contacted Keystone and was told there was nothing they could do for me because it was out of warantee. I explained that I had the roof cleaned and sealed by the dealer every year so I wouldn't have problems and I even sent them pictures. Too bad so sad is the attitude I got from Keystone.... they offered to do nothing to make it right. I do beliveve I have cost Keystone some business because I did not repair it until just this year and it drew a lot of attention at camp grounds. I was not shy about telling anyone all the problems we have had, not just the front but I had to replace the crappy Duro tires in 2009, the vinal floor is split, the cabinet doors all cracked and split and the first day we had the camper the slide would not retract. We try to take care of anything we own and have no children so our camper gets light use. My sister just bought a new 40 foot camper and guess what? She sure didn't buy a Keystone. When I finally took mine in to have the front replace I told this entire story to the dealer and he contacted Keystone and all of a sudden they are willing to supply the parts at no cost. I would have been happy with that offer 4 years ago and they could have saved themselves some bad publicity. It's still going to cost me a couple thousand in labor though. It's easier to keep a customer that it is to gain their business back, yes I'm still pissed and my next camper....... won't be a Keystone!
