kgbdeals KGB Deals Took money and didn't deliver; had to chase for investigation and refund Internet

If I had not chased Kgbdeals about my missing goods I would not have been offered a refund and someone (Kgbdeals or Capital or both?) would have kept my money. So, if you are expecting good customer service informing you about problems etc. and timely refunds you had better stay with Groupon or LivingSocial.
This is the final straw. Previously, kgbdeals has caused me many problems with one deal. To sort it out my credit card co. required me to provide a history of correspondence with kgbdeals which is time-consuming and a pain.
