NYC area unethical paralegal and illegal business practices
Kimberly Serino advertises and promotes herself as a 'Certified Paralegal at self'. Ms. Serino will reach out to certain groups of activists and others and offer her legal services for free, claiming to believe in a cause. She will interview the people involved in the group, ask for personal information and then give you inaccurate legal advice. Kimberly Serino is not only unethical, she lacks the knowledge and experience of a true professional and does not work under the supervision of a licensed Lawyer.
She practices law without having the education and or being a member of the New York State Bar. She also appears to be unbalanced and will not only turn on a former client, she has been known to 'switch sides' and support the people she was helping to bring down. Do NOT hire Kimberly Serino as a paralegal or in any position that requires ethics, confidentiality agreements and professionalism.
