Having dealt with Jason Trindade of king of condos a realtor in las vegas was really a terrible experiance. Without getting into details, jason trindade lv realtor is the owner of king of condos, in my experiance i have found this realtor to be very inexperianced and it always seems like he is out for a quick dollar. If you have had the unfortunate experiance of dealing with Jason trindade, then god bless you. If you are thinking about dealing with jason from king of condos lv, simply check around and conduct a thourough due dillegance, there are many qualified realtors in las vegas that offer true and honset services.  

 I read the rebuttal from jason trindade of king of condos lv and have a few questions. If Jason Trindade as he wrote, looked up online this person he rented a condo to and found bad history of scams, then as a realtor, should Jason trindade have known not to rent out a condo to him? Why wasent there additional screenings done also?

if Jason Trindade is representing the condo owner, why even present this particular renter to the owner as a candidate for occupancy? this strikes me as very bad judgement.  if this person jason trindade is reffering to has not paid his power bill for 3+ months then how is he residing at this condo?

As a condo owner or if Jason Trindade is conducting property management for a client, how could it be that the tenant has not paid rent in 3+ months? Doesnt nevada have a 5 day pay or get out law for renters?

 If this was my property, i would not be very happy with Jason Trindade from King of Condos and his realtor/real estate services for not collecting rent for 3+ months?. If this eviction is granted, it looks like this propery will be getting fixed up and ready to be re rent in 4 months from now, That is a lot of wasted time and money from someones pocket. Someone is going to be very upset.

100+ condos that King of condos manages? really? interesting.

recall Jason Trindade from king of condos stating in his previous writings that he did a search on the internet regarding this tenant and found out that he is a scammer and is not a trustworthy person, why was this condo rented out to such a bad person if Jason trindade from king of condos did his research and found out bad history of this tenant? He also mentioned that there were third parties involved in doing backgrounds checks. So in todays information society, no body uncovered any bad hoistory of this tenant? HMM

It appears as though jason trindade from king of condos in las vegas is not disclosing the entire truth which has always been the claim that he is not forthcoming with the truth and appears to state facts always to jason trindade and king of condos, inc las vegas's benefit despite of the actual facts.

The posting should really not be all that frustrating to Jason Trindade of king of condos since the facts are what they are. The fact that jason trindade from king of condos lv as he states, 'does what he does' to provide for his family is not the complaint, its how he 'does what he does' that is in review here.

This case has been going on for a while longer than the 4 months Jason Trindade from king of condos alledges. It also appears as the bloke Jason Trindade from king of condos may have thought that he was as lawyer, the court advised Jason Trindade from king of condos that he should seek legal council regarding this serious case we see below. It appears also as though there is more than a case of nonpayment and neglect to the tenant by Jason Trindade from King of condos as we see in the court records below;

- Argument by Mr. Mortenson in support of the appeal. His clients rent an apartment in a high rise LLC. Their rent is current and all deposits paid in full. The dispute arises out of the electric bill. His clients were without heat when they moved into the property, which has electric heating. Mr. Mortenson moved to set aside the eviction. Mr. Trindade outlined the payment history of the tenants, and alleged payments were not paid on time, and he was not receiving the $150 each month for the electric bill. Mr. Trindade further stated, the walls were painted and brand new flooring. Mr. Manchester stated he was paying the $150 electric bill directly to the Association. He has a DVD of the condition of the property, the walls are not painted, the door frames are falling down, and there was a gap in the flooring, his wife fell and miscarried and has hospital bills to support his position. Court reviewed this file and informed the parties, this is not proper for a summary eviction. There are legal disputes, and the Justice of the Peace should have dismissed the summary eviction and directed the parties to file a Formal Complaint to litigate terms of the Lease, etc. Court suggested the Respondent/Landlord retain counsel. Mr. Manchester offered to move out of the property if the Agent would return 80% of his rent and his entire deposit. THEREAFTER, COURT ORDERED, Appeal is DISMISSED, Eviction Order of the Justice of the Peace is SET ASIDE, Bond EXONERATED and RELEASED to tenant, case REMANDED to Justice Court, CASE CLOSED.

We are left to wonder where this case may be heading legally after the tenant got out of the seemingly bad property, with appearant misrepresentations galore offered by Jason David Trinade of king of condos las vegas nevada. Go with a reputable real estate broker in las vegas and do your homework before signing any documents. Cheers.

In response to your commentary, you are right. We were all upset when this tenant chose to not pay rent and then file appeal after appeal to stay in the property for 4 months with no payment.  The tenant took out a corporate lease in his company name, not on his personal credit. He provided documents to support that he had income from a trust and we approved him for the lease as we do with the other 100+ condos that we manage.  It took 4 months to get him out. On September 11, 2013, the eviction was granted and he moved out 7 days later in accordance with the courts orders. 

We do our best to approve tenants and we use a third party system that checks credit and criminal history. It would be great to say we are perfect and every tenant has paid 100% of the lease, but in the real world, you have a certain percentage of leases that will go bad no matter what you do. I would like to think that our company would never get a bad review, but we did. Its a complaint that stemmed from an eviction and there is nothing I can do about it but reply and let everyone know the truth. I know it was handled well and that is why the owners are not online complaining about me and they are glad that I got the issue resolved and the tenant out of the property.

At the end of the day, I do what I do to provide for my family, my wife, and 3 kids.  I work very hard on my company and maintaining its image as one of the top real estate brokerages in Las Vegas. Honestly, its frustrating that anyone would go and post things like this online.
