on Sat, June 21st mr john Gallina, owner of Kings electric, came to my house to provide me a quote for installing fans.  I already had fans in place.  I needed him to remove the old fans and replace them with new ones.  He quoted me $195 to install each fan.  I had 6 fans to install therefore, a total of $1,170 to replace 6 fans.....ridiculous.  I said no thank you and then he proceeded to charge me my service fee of $59.95.  I thought about it for a minute and then said that I would like to have him at least install 1 fan and use my service fee towards it and he agreed.  

I asked him to do the work right there and then and he said he couldn't because he didn't have the tools with him.  He told me to call his wife at the office and schedule a follow up appt.  he left and then I called his wife and she told me they'd be back out the following weekend to install the fan but that she would speak to him about the pricing.  Throughout the week the story changed.  They now wanted $395 to install my one fan.  Yes, they were going to deduct from that price the service fee I had already paid but are you kidding me? $395 to install one fan where there is already a current working fan in place.  This is abuse of a consumer and pure exploitation and should not be allowed.

when I disagreed on the new price and wrote her (Lauren) about my dissatisfaction, she never even wrote me back.  Total abuse of a consumer and poor etiquette on their part.
