kirby vacums tryed out an kirby vacum 3 day trial called to cancel, in 3 day notice incontract but everyone or noone seem to could cancell they gave me the run around.now i am stuck with a vac i tryed to refus, so Richland, Mississippi

Back in jan.2 guys came by my home claiming to be saleman for kirby valcums,wanted to show a demonstration of the vacum,which was fine as he was demonstrating the product sounded like a good idea at the time.I an my husband thought it had an whole lot of attachment that we would never use,but ok they guy did his demo of carpet, beds etc.He told us we could try it for 3 days an if we change our mines call this 1.800# he gave us so we did,Monday we called the # on the paper he gave us no answer so we called this other # of a finance company that was located on the paper the directed me back to the first #,i told them that i couldnt get through with that #.

so tryed all day trying to speak to some well finally got someone explained my situation they seemed understanding at first then it turned ruled, the guy i spoke with suggested that the finance company could have cancelled the contract so called the finance again explaing what the company said an here we go let the games begin called back they hung up on me no undestanding at this point,so i am stuck with this vacum havent usedit but once i relly refuse to use it. Now i have a finance company calling every day i guess they have tutrned it over to collection by now,now i am punished for trying to do the right thing.following the rules dont apply.I dint have to pay anything down i refuse to so they took my old vacum as a down payment they wold allow $200 for my vacum but if i dont want the kirby they would bring mines back.thats all i wanted them to pick theres up.,return mines.
