Do not buy anything from this company, they will rip you off. Google their name Kitty Hawk Wholesale. I purchased this TV stand and it was shipped on time, that was the only thing good.
I bought this as a present. The shipping box arrived in good shape, but when it was open there was hidden damage. I immediately took picture of the TV stand while it was still in the box and un-moved, contacted the seller per Amazon policy an included the pictures. The seller wrote back that I had to return the damaged product within 14 days, that this was Amazon's policy. This is not Amazon's policy, you have 30 days and during the holidays 60 days. The seller was unwilling to send a return authorization. I notified the seller that I was going to file a claim with Amazon if they did not send this authorization. Their comment was do what you want.
I filed the claim and was immediately notified by Amazon that they will contact the seller and investigate the issue. The seller who is now mad sent me an email through Amazon, not to contact them that all further emails had to go to Amazon because I filed a claim against them.
A week later I received an email "Greetings,

This information again is not true, per Amazon policy if a return is made due to product being damaged or defective, "All monies will be refunded. This includes shipping, handling and the cost to ship the damaged/defective product back to the seller. The cost of the TV stand with shipping and handling was $315.86, I had to pay another $95.50 to ship it back. The seller told Amazon to refund $198.04 because I canceled the order. I contacted the Amazon.com A-to-z Guarantee Program who was very helpful.
Amazon credited me $75 immediately because they knew the return shipping was going to be expensive. I contacted the seller prior to shipping the product back asking for a shipping label because I thought that they would get a price break since they ship a lot of packages. I was told by the seller "Just ship it back to the address provided". I sent the shipper and Amazon the shipping tracking numbers and date the packages were returned. I received an email 2 days later that a credit for $198.04 has been issue and that the matter is considered closed.
I contacted Amazon about the wrong amount credited and they took care of it by crediting me the full amount due back including the additions freight. I have spent hours emailing about this issue and then taking of from work to deliver the packages to a shipping company for the return. Amazon took care of all of this not the seller.
Do not buy from them, save yourself time and money.
