In response to the complaint on here entitled, "Klear Gear This company is "fining" a poorly served customer for posting a bad review" and to the extensive investigation on this matter by KUTV television and by the federal government, what kind of company would attempt to rip customers off and then have a contrived reason for fining customers for stating the truth???? Hopefully the federal investigation that has begun on this matter will put this company, once and for all, out of business so they can not try to harm anybody else with their unconscionable behavior. In the meantime, it goes without saying tha I WILL NOT be doing any business with Klear Gear!
