This website not only has a horrible track record of not delivering items that are ordered they then practice a huge violation of your first amendment rights, your freedom of speech to inform other consumers of their bad service. When purchasing from this website you agree to terms of condition that state “In an effort to ensure fair and honest public feedback, and to prevent the publishing of libelous content in any form, your acceptance of this sales contract prohibits you from taking any action that negatively impacts Kleargear.com, its reputation, products, services, management or employees.”. Many people that have shopped from this website and posted negative feedback have then years later received demands to remove the feedback, and then fines. If the feedback was not removed and the fines not paid, they then receive a bad credit report. It's absurd and it's blackmail. People have a right to be warned about this website committing fraud.
