I was recently scammed out of $980.00. klienmann and rice representative by the name of Marissa Adams. ensured me of a 3,000 loan and all i needed was $450.00 as a collateral payment. so being that i was in desperate need of this loan, i sent them the payment to a jeff green via western union. thinking i was going to receive the funds right away. then she called me back stating that i came up with red flags in my credit report. so an additional $450.00 was needed to GURANTEE funds in my account. at this point i became irrate and dissapointed, but i still needed this money. so i waited til i got paid again and sent them an additional $450.00. Silly of me right, but once again I was desperate. she once again assured me that the funds would be posted to my account in 2 hours. she called me back and stated that now i would have to come up with an additional $500 for insurance. this will ensure me that i am trustworthly to make the monthly payments. now at this point i've heard it all and reconized that this was a scam. currently im still trying to get my refund back as indicated in the contract. I need help.

You still don't get it - the whole set up is a fraud to scam you out of your funds

AUTHOR: FloridaNative - ()

Anytime someone, anyone, asks you for money to be sent upfront via western union or money gram or green dot or any similar method in order to obtain a loan, you are being scammed!

There are no legitmate companies that require you to pay a collateral payment before you get your loan. It doesn't matter what you call the payment - colleral, security, insurance or XYZ payment, it is a scam. Don't send the money. The name of the person you spoke to is fake. The company may or may not be fake, but the person you are speaking to doesn't actually belong to the company. You can report these people to the various agencies, but it won't help you because nothing you have been told was real. If you don't believe me, call the police department and try to file a report. Look up the FTC(dot)gov website and read up on consumer scams.

Protect yourself. Protect your funds. Don't ever send money to anyone upfront for a loan.
