knight transportation they lied about pay indianapolis, Indiana

I first of all wish to express my deepest sympathy to all of the individuals on this site and others who have felt the sting of Knight Transportation. I worked for this company  back in 2006 out of the Carlisle, PA terminal and I can tell you that this company is a joke.  First of all any company that is founded by individuals who got their experience in this industry from Swift should tell you a lot right away about the mentality of those that run this company. A common misconception is that Knight is owned by Swift which is not true,  the true story is that the founders of Knight Transportation were employees of Swift who learned the business from them and then after leaving and I think sitting out the no compete clause in they had formed Knight Transportation.  

This company makes Swift look like a walk in the park though, Knight will give you a substandard truck, tell you that your not forced dispatch when really you are, promise you a certain amount of home time and never follow through, promise you detention pay and never pay (even if the qualcomm proves they did promise it), promise you a certain CPM to start and never pay it.  The list can go on about the lies they put out, this company flat out is horrible you would be better off at CR England, Swift, or JB which says a lot. Also that walking tub or lard and diabetes candidate waiting to happen they call or called a safety director in Carlisle is the biggest and most lying piece of garbage in the industry and hopefully he has quit, been fired, or ended up anywhere but PA since 2006.
