I ordered three times from them, all of the three times they missed one or two items. The shipping is super expensive. Once I found out that I did not get all the items I need, I contacted them. They only refunded the item net charge. I asked about the shipping, which was according to the weight of my order, they gave no answer. Luckily the payment was through Paypal and I escalated the case and they refunded me the money I wanted. Thanks to Paypal!
