L. Scott Harrrell loves to brag about himself everyday. Bragging about what he has allegedly done or is about to. The truth is it's all fiction and a scam. Harrell of many things runs an ONLINE training for bounty hunters called www.beabountyhunter.com It's not even online training but even if it was online training in this industry and others gets you absolutely nowhere. It's a scam to get your money. It's $129.00 for a dinky manual worth nothing. It's not worth the paper it's printed on. 

There is no verifiable proof/evidence that Harrell was even a Bounty Hunter as he claims all over the internet. Everyone I spoke to in this industry never heard of him working as a Bounty Hunter and there is no documentation that I have extensively researched on the internet such as newspaper articles and other media, arrests testimonials or bail bondsmen who can corroborate his ridiculous allegations and fictional accounts. It should be criminal that a grifter like him is able to sell his bogus online course which is not certified or accredited by the Department of Education or any government agency. You need this to get licensed and there is a certain amount of hours required to get a license in most states. Nobody either I spoke with would hire ANYONE who took this bogus course.

Harrell also runs www.beaprivateeye.com, another fake illegitimate online training course. It will not get you anywhere with a future in that industry either. But Harrell of course will not advise you on that.  What is most disturbing is that Harrell has a lot of time to write in his pursuitmag(azine) bad words about his real life competitors and blogs regarding them and emulating himself to the highest degree. Beware of this grandiose con man and do not become a victim of his services.

Harrell was also caught listing himself as an IRB front man which is a large skip tracing company to promote himself. In fact, IRB was contacted by a few people including myself who in turn was advised by IRB senior staff that this was simply not valid and a lie.

Harrell lists that he has an office in Pensacola Florida but in checking he resides in Costa Rica so I find it hard to believe how he can perform any work here in the United States from much less Florida from Costa Rica.  

The bottom line here is this all asserts that Harrell is nothing more than a blog writer and SEO magician who uses this only talent to hurt those he feels threatens himself professionally if exposed.  Once a con, always a con.  He now claims he lives in Cozumel Mexico! Punta.
