La Dermanique offered a free trial. Then they claimed to ship one order, which I never requested or received. Everything they sent was unidentifable. In other words, NO contact info leading back to them! Fortunately Cassie's report on this site gave me everything I needed to cancel. And since they claimed to have sent me another order I asked for a return and cancelallation number. They gave me a cancellation number, but said the return number was too long to give me now. I said I am not an idiot, give me the number! Then I called the charge card company, put the 2 orders in dispute, giving all the info to the rep. They suggested sending me a new card and that would protect me from future charges. I DID THAT! In the meantime I will NOT have to pay the disputed amount of $171.00. WHEW!
