La Maison Furnishings DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE Mississauga Ontario

I regret buying from here. I cannot comment on my product quality as I have not received it yet. However the service I have received has been TERRIBLE.
I have been lied to by the manager and sales reps on multiple occasions. When I purchased my product, I was promised a delivery date within 2-3 weeks. At two and a half weeks I called to inquire about the status of my product. The lady on the phone said I will have it by the end of that week and that she will call me the day before so that we can confirm the delivery time. She never called.
(Another problem with this business is that they do not pick up their phone)
I called the next day and she said that they need 14-21 BUSINESS days and that the sales rep should not have quoted me 2-3 weeks. Then she went on to tell me that the order is delayed and it would be delivered on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. I called on Monday and she said she doesn't have a delivery time for me yet. I called on Tuesday and she said it would be delivered friday. By this point I spoke to the manager and complained about her lying. He said he PROMISED to deliver by Friday. It is now friday and the manager called me to say that the staff member who is suppose to assemble my product prior to delivery is not in the workplace today and so it cannot be delivered today and so NOW we have to schedule another date for delivery (MEANING another lost day of work for me)

Trust me when I say, these people DO NOT know what they are doing. They have no respect or consideration for their patrons time and money.
