I was promised a dependable vehicle from JJ, instead was sold a defective vehicle, He has refused to make this right for me, and amongest other things that are not legit or legal in the transaction, this is now going to court! Do not deal with this buisness, I have heard over 25 complaints about them after I fell into their trap.

If NOT, then you bought the car "AS IS". "AS IS" means exactly as it says...you bought the car exactly as it is and any or all repairs are on you. No, I don't work for them.
