You will first be greated By RATS,,,, the smell of Cigarattes and Urine.
Properties are out dated and in very poor condition. Owner and property manager do not do background checks on Employees. They have a maintenance man who is a SEX OFFENDER!! ( See link below for Saffa Bell)
For the safety of you, and your family please reconsider renting from any Don Kahn Properties!
This man has Keys to all properties!!!

Saffa Bell: Violent Sex Offender

This man, Saffa Bell, has been raping women since 1989, and currently has warrants in multiple counties for his arrest. I don't know if he is still working for the same company, but he has been a registered sex offender for over 20 years now. Either Saffa Bell hid this information from them, or Don Kahn Properties knew he was a sex offernder and hired him anyway.
Saffa Bell is tall, white, shaggy haired, and in his mid 50's. A woman was dragged out of her car & assaulted by this man in one of the property homes in Lakeway, Texas. He is DANGEROUS. I would NOT rent, buy, or have anything to do with any business who gives such a man access to their houses; it compromises the safety of the renters & residents of the neighborhood. Registered sex offenders are NOT A JOKE.
