Do Not Rent There!! These people are rude and only looking to make a profit by scamming people. They charge you $50 if they find a piece of your mail even if it went to another tenants mailbox and they drop it on the floor.
The tow cars to make a profit (they towed a car in the handicap spot that had a valid tag) Just for money. They are about 60.% occupancy and they are BROKE and will screw all their renters!!!'
DO NOT RENT THERE!!!!! THIS IS GOOD ADVICE. IF YOU ARE STILL CONSIDERING RENTING AT LAKEVIEW COVE APARTMENTS----TALK TO A FEW PEOPLE THAT LIVE THERE FIRST!!!!
