BOB, I really do fill for you. I know what its like to be rejected When you have all these dreams. I have applyed twice with Lambert and Lambert and both times they ejected my ideas. I also have no doubt that you recieved a full refund just as I have for my two submissions.

I have no doubt my first idea would have made millions. I paid a research company
$1200.00 to project the market and I was truely shocked at there responce. We must remember though it is there company and there money.

There is nothing in writing that says they must accept your idea or mine for that matter! And I dont think that a company that gets contract for its clients with the biggest retailer such as wal-mart Is going to risk there Good name and there business to still one idea.

Lambert and Lambert, During my 2nd submission not only gave me a full refund. They did research reports and found a host of other products just like the one I was submitting. There time and effort on inventions that were already on the market. Thanks for your time.

The service that Bob paid for is essentially an evaluation report on a new product that he is seeking to commercialize. Our evaluation was completed and mailed out, however an employee did make a mistake in addressing the evaluation and so it was returned to us.

By that time, Bob had contacted the Better Business Bureau of which we are a member in good standing. Rather than receive the report, which we were willing to resend to him, Bob requested a refund of the fee for our service. We promptly mailed the refund check which was cashed by Bob on 02/02/06.

We will still honor the confidentiality agreement that we signed with Bob and so will not disclose any information related to his new product. We hope the best for him and the success of his new endeavor.
