lancaster county children and youth Lancaster County Children & Youth still wont let me have my child even though all investigations where closed and their are no crimminal charges lancaster, Pennsylvania

My child was taken by lancaster children and youth dec 2012 a few days later they had me come in to get some paper work i read through it and they had given me information that was all wrong first of all they said my child was 9 years old and a female they had his birthdate wrong and given me an address of where some other little girl could be found. i have a 3 year old son so obviously they had no idea what they where doing when they wrrote up this report that they wanted me to sighn. i brought these papers back to the case worker and she acted like it was no big deal "oh we can fix that" "i dont know how that happened" so from the start they had already screwed up    

    since than it is now feb 2013 and i still dont have my son back but the investigation has since been closed with the state police and the agency. the intake case worker had intergated me about a picture that she had found on my fb from 2 years ago that was innosecent and that i have a reasonable explaination for, but anyway an intake case worker has no authority to intergate anybody, ive gotten upset and she would not let me talk or answer my questions she than said "this conversation is not going anywhere" and called a security guard on me to escort me out of the buliding when i never even said that i wouldnt leave on my own. i think it was some kind of trap she was trying to put me in because this agency can not find anything on me and thats why they had to close the investigation. i was not even at home when my child was injured i was at school and the state trooper abuse investigator told me that she can not find any evidence if he was injured by accident or purposely. and the agency has told me that they will not beable to find out what had happened unless somebody speaks up and the two people that where their are saying that they do not know what happened. i since than had moved out into a nice home in a safe niehborhood where i know my son will be happy. i am just waiting for my son to come home to me. i do not know what the problem is if i have been cleared and the investigation has been closed. i have heard some horror stories about lancaser county c&y and that they will do whatever they can to still keep your child away even though they can not find any evidence that you have ever done anything to your child. i love my child with all my heart and he needs to be home where he belongs
