I Believe I was taken for a ride by the Lance Denha firm to the tune of $7500. They promise me that I would get a resolution to my mortgage by getting me a modification. I just got a letter from my mortgage company that I have to pay $64000 or lose my house as of this date June 23rd, 2014. I am hopeful that I can keep my house and as of this date I am now changing to a lawyer here in Massachusetts.
Please beware of this firm. Brian Hutchins was the person I spoke with first and had me convinced that I would get a resolution to my problem. Then I spoke with a person named Katie and I ended with Tatiana Castro as my Resolution Specialist. If this helps any one else I will be glad that I have done my duty to steer people away from this firm.
