As the Secretary of National Association of Professional Process Servers and the President of Florida Association of Professional Process Servers Mr Randall seems toi not want to to address the specifics instead invokes his percieved relationship with his god.

This is indeed troubling and more a sign of a cult than a professional non profit trade association.

Lance Randall as part of the National Association of Professional Process Servers his fiduciary duties to go unchallenged by the membership.

Individuals such as Lance assume these positions of leadership in non profits through special privileges in self dealing. Lance rise to power is based on his conscience avoidance to significant illegal events at NAPPS such as:

1. Excise administrator compensation
2. NAPPS tax evasion
3. FAPPS failure to pay for non profit assets
4. Retaliation against members who bring these matter to the attention of government.

Then after taking steps to blacklist me from the process server trade sends out his family to post material in an emotional pleas without stating any facts.

It is clear that the offence Lance Randall has against me efforts at holding the non profits accountable has countered his purposeful reasons to be in positions of leadership and that is private gain from private information relating to his privileged positions.

In order to protect that he must isolate and retaliate against member who would hold them to account.

For the preceding reasons I recommend all to avoid NAPPS and FAPPS and Lance Randall in their dealings of the process serving trade until such time when the humble serve the members and the trade of process serving.
