Landmark At Baynan Bay fraud!! scam!! they tricked me into a 12 month lease!! very unprofessional staff memebers!! the proberty manager Phillip Drake is horrible!! and never willing to work with you atlanta Georgia

 first let me start when I first applied for this complex. I was told I was approved after paying the Admin fee and the deposit and was also provided a move in date when my apartment would be ready then out of the blue this complex called me back and said oops that apartment we had available for you is actually not available and we have nothing else to offer you. seriouslly??? who tells you they have a home ready and then call to say this...sooo umprcessional.  I did not take that too easy I got in contact with management. and long story short they ended up offering me something more close to the front but said in order for me to get it for the same price I need to sign for a seven month lease instead of the original 12 month lease I was offered. I took the offer thinking it must be sign I should NOT get a 12 month lease and thank god I did because it is horrible living here. the house is infested with roaches from when I first moved in it was dead roaches in the draws on top of the cabinets it was horrible! but i had already signed the lease and i was in a rush to get my apartment. i had to clean the house myself and from  then on it was h***. I hear gun shots almost every night not to mention the complex was on the news for a shootout that happened in front of the complex in broad daylight! a kid got shot getting off the bus look it up it’s on the internet .. it is not safe to live here. and when I call to see when my lease is up they tell me I signed for a 12 months lease even though I have the emails to prove that the manager said I had to get a seven month lease. when I called the manager Diamond Wright to confront her about it she kept repeating I signed a 12 months lease like a d**n robot. why tell a consumer you can only offer them a 7 month lease and then hand them a 12  month lease instead? This apartment complex is a scam!! Do not move here. and the propety Manager Phillip Drak refused to acknowledge the mistake HIS complex made and was not willilng to meet me half way. the money I have to spend to break my lease is well worth it! good riddance landmark at baynan bay
