I was schocked to see this report.  I had no idea this was posted here.  A friend that I lost contact with  almost 30 years ago contacted me that she found me online and I decided to search myself and found this!!!!

The last time I was here was to report this crook.  I will be going back to court for defarmation of character.  I had not stepped in his store since we went to court and I have a judgment against him.  I have been approached by other victims wanted to know my case.  This man should be locked up.  This started in 2012 when I went for battery change (that ishow he gets his victims)  99 cent battery.  He said  if I ever needed to buy anything, he could assist in purchasing it  for me at wholesale price.  I did not intend to purchase anything from him.  I needed to get a watch for my husband and went to his store. I selected what I wanted online, and gave him a check for $1895.  That was the beggining on my nightmare with this man.  When he could not fulfil his promises, I asked for my money back.  He said he had no money but I could get items from his store to make up for the $1895 for the watch.  Each time i select an item, it turned out to be fake.  It got to the point that I had to file a claim against him.  In count, he went on about how I have collected jewelry over $10,00 and I still wanted more and that he repaired a jewerly for me for $300! why would I pay $300 for a $60 bracelet that he agreed to repair for free because of what he was putting me through.  The judge asked if I wanted to keep the junk and I said No.  I wanted my money back. He used the free repair against me in court and I returned all the junk in court for my full amount.  The judge granted the judgement minus his $300 repair cost  I was livid and humiliated.  Cried so hard it was like I lost my mother. I had no choice but tovaccept the judgment.  To this day, I have not received a dime nor I have stepped into his store and he had the gut to say that I took jewerly without paying?    You need to go Yelp and see how many people are suffering because of this man and he continues to find innocent victims.  The mission Viejo police department has enough report on this man. He will have to provide the tape in court as I will be going back to court to file another claim. Not that I will get a dime but the record will be set straight.  See you in court Farid!
