Marc agreed to ship my bike to my freight forwarder in Carson, California within a week of full payment. It is noe February 2013 and still I have no bike.
I have ben told his shipper sent it to Carson City by mistake, I have been told "Ive found it", I've been told to CHILL OUT and DONT STRESS.
I have remained calm and courteous in all my emails, however I am about to lose it because over the lasr 3 weeks my emails now are not answered and I cannot contact LVC by phone.
Upon checking reviews on the internet, I now see I am just another one of the hard working unfortunates that appear to have been ripped off by Marc Brattin. How I wish I had read the reviews before handing over my hard earned money.
I also cannot believe that this guy is still trading if the Mayor of Las Vegas, The Police Dept and Government departments have recieved so many complaints about this guys lack of integrity. How come having ripped off so many people is he still walking.
I would be happy to join any others in a class action against him. Nice one Marc, way to welcome a visitor to the great USA? Land of the free. Free to steal, lie and rip off your felow man. What a guy!
